Natural Help for Women’s Issues: Infertility, Menstruation & Menopause #Vitex

About 5 or so years ago a friend gave me a bottle of VITEX. I was going through so-called Early Menopause in my early forties. I had never heard of Vitex. She explained that a lot of women use it to heal all sorts of reproductive health issues.

What Exactly is Vitex?

Vitex or Chasteberry is the fruit of the chaste tree, which is native to Central Asia and the Mediterranean region. The fruit of this tree is used as a dietary supplement for menstrual problems, menopause symptoms, infertility, and other conditions.  For centuries the Chaste tree is a traditional woman’s dietary supplement and widely used to promote overall health and balance in a woman’s cycle.

Helpful Info on Vitex

Below are two articles about Vitex, one by Dr. Axe and another by Dr. Mercola.  Plus there are two videos: one from a woman who got pregnant after using it, and other video is a testimony from a woman who shortened her period by 10-days (helpful if you or someone you know has abnormally long periods).

A “Yah-Made” Natural Solution

I was not surprised in the least that there is a solution found in nature to help women regulate their cycles. Everything found in nature has a PURPOSE. It’s no accident that chasteberry has these healing properties to rights the wrongs in our bodies. The Creator of our world was mindful of so many details when He created the world in seven days and said “it is good.”

My Inspiration for This Post

Recently, a sister & friend disclosed she has abnormally long periods for years. Long as in 3-weeks. Conception has been challenging too. She had not heard of Vitex, so I compiled this info for her and thought I’d share it with you too, the same way my friend did with me years earlier. I pray it helps other women who are seeking a natural solution for reproductive health issues.
