Kale Chips: My New Snack Friend

When my husband first brought home kale chips from a natural food health store, I wasn’t sure it could compete with our love for potato chips, but surprisingly, I was wrong. Kale chips are delicious, crunchy and chock full of nutrients our bodies crave, with far less calories. So the next time you got the munchies, try out some kale chips!
You can get them at most health food stores, even order them online, or cook them yourself! Below is a recipe I found on another blog post. If you try it out, let me know what you think! Enjoy and having crunching.
Kale chips
- 1 bunch kale, cleaned and dried
- a glug of olive oil
- salt and pepper
- a dash of balsamic vinegar
Preheat your oven to 350. Whisk oil, salt and pepper, and balsamic together in a bowl. Tear kale into the bowl and toss with the dressing. Bake 12-14 minutes, until crispy. Cool slightly, and try to share.
